Block 12; Lot 1 of state land survey 79-42.  Two ways to access the property; from the south - one mile east from Richardson and quarter mile north.  This trail is in horrible condition due to people abusing the land.  Would need to cut a trail north.  And the second trail is off the tourist center road and one mile south and half a mile west to access the northern property border.  The western trail needs to be cut.  

This land abuts several hundred acres of BLM land to the north, which makes it valuable.  You don't have to contend with Ahtna for hunting their lands.  I've seen pictures of the pins marking boundaries of the land when I purchased it.  

The area has white spruce and poplar trees and is very pretty and quiet.  I bought it for moose hunting, as there is a trail running through the property according to the realtor who went to the land a few years ago.  The area reminds me of the way Alaska used to be before all the people moved in.  No leans on property; title clear and no property taxes in this area.
